One day I had a problem so great I could not solve it. In desperation, I sat down, put my head in my hands and truely asked God to help me with it. He did. He did it so completely, that I even tried to get my problem back and I couldn't. This is the pearl of great price. As my cousin Melanie says, "He lays jewels down at our feet", and "why would we live life any other way?" We are after all, His peculiar treasures.
